Lennon is a partner with the Corporate Tax Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. He has more than 22 years of experience in this field. He is an international tax partner and is also the tax lead partner for the entrepreneurial and private business group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore. Because of his roles, he has supported many entrepreneurs, both local and overseas, to expand into market overseas through Singapore.
He advises companies on cross-border tax and regulatory implications including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, outbound and inbound investments, infrastructure projects, asset securitisation, leasing, tax based structured products, cash and treasury products, investment funds and real estate and real estate related structuring.
His clients include S-REITs and companies listed in the Singapore Exchange, foreign REITs, trusts, partnerships and funds as well as companies with tax incentives in Singapore. In addition, he manages the China tax practice in Singapore and advises corporates on both inbound and outbound investments including real properties involving China.
Lennon is an active speaker for various industry conferences and seminars organised by financial institutions, business organisation and government agencies, and has contributed articles to various publications.
Lennon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Law with National University of Singapore. He is an accredited tax advisor with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. He is also a member of both CPA Australia and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
