Ee Kean is the CEO and Executive Director of GSUM-Titanland Capital, a corporate finance advisory firm and accredited issue manager with the Singapore Exchange. She is responsible for the overall business strategy and operations at GSUM-Titanland Capital. Ee Kean has over 15 years’ experience in the investment and corporate finance industry with a focus on China, ASEAN, REITs, infrastructure, real estate and capital markets. Prior to GSUM-Titanland Capital, Ee Kean was a partner in WongPartnership, one of the largest law firms in Singapore, where she represented various institutional and listed corporate clients, advising on a broad range of deals including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, follow-on offerings, block trades and private placements. Ee Kean holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore. She currently serves on the executive council of the Singapore Association for the Deaf and is also a board member of the Children’s Charities Association of Singapore.
