Nicholas Teh is the Head of Securities Research for Singapore. Apart from writing on Singapore strategy, he also covers the Singapore banks and REITs sectors. He was ranked within the Top 5 analysts for Singapore in the 2022 Institutional Investor's All-Asia Research survey.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Chow has approximately 30 years of experience in finance and accounting matters, tax and treasury and capital management, of which more than 20 years are in direct real estate investments and fund management. Prior to this appointment, Mr Chow was the Managing Director of Investment Management in Asia from 2018 where he managed the overall performance of the Asia funds platform and asset management function.
ith 20+-year experience in the financial management industry with more than 10 years at top ranking investment banking firms (JP Morgan, Citi and Credit Suisse), Cedric has been managing fixed income portfolios and analyzing corporate bonds during the most part of his career, most recently as the Head of Emerging Markets Corporate Credit Research at an independent credit research company. Cedric has successfully completed the dual degree Executive MBA program of INSEAD in Singapore and Tsinghua University in Beijing.

CAROL TORRES - MILLS is Vice President of Ayala Land Inc. and President & CEO of AREIT Inc., the first Philippine Real Estate Investment Trust. She heads Ayala Land Offices, the office leasing and development arm of Ayala Land since 2013. Ayala Land Offices owns and manages 1.4 million square meters of leasable space across 73 buildings in the Philippines. Prior to this role, she headed the Business and Project Development for Ayala Malls from 2008 to 2013.
Priyaka is leading Sustainable Investing advisory projects at KPMG and is part of the ASEAN Decarbonisation Hub. She has over 15 years of experience across ESG and Financial Services. She specialised in advising institutional investors and funders on value-creating strategies to achieve their ESG goals. With her expertise in investing strategies, she enables her clients i.e. funds, financial institutions, family offices and corporates to integrate ESG in their operations.
Dr Chew Tuan Chiong
Former Director and CEO
Dr Chew is a former Director and CEO of Frasers Centrepoint Trust from 2010 to 2019. Prior to that he was the CEO of the Singapore Science Centre for 14 years. A Chartered Engineer affiliated with the Energy Institute in the UK, Dr Chew has a PhD from Cambridge University and was formerly an Adjunct Professor at the SMU Lee Kong Chian Business school and Associate Professor in Engineering at NUS.

Ee Kean is the CEO and Executive Director of GSUM-Titanland Capital, a corporate finance advisory firm and accredited issue manager with the Singapore Exchange. She is responsible for the overall business strategy and operations at GSUM-Titanland Capital. Ee Kean has over 15 years’ experience in the investment and corporate finance industry with a focus on China, ASEAN, REITs, infrastructure, real estate and capital markets.
