Professor Ong Seow Eng is Professor at Department of Real Estate, School of Business, National University of Singapore. He holds a PhD in Finance from Indiana University and his research interests include Real Estate Investment Trusts, securitized real estate, price discovery, and real estate innovation & technology.

SE is a fellow at the Weimer School of Advanced Studies in Real Estate and Land Economics and recipient of the 2005 International Real Estate Society achievement award. He was a board member of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association from 2008 – 2010. He is the 2006/7 past president of the International Real Estate Society and the 2002/3 past president of the Asian Real Estate Society.
